We are not responsible for any pricing mistakes or typos and may cancel orders if errors occur. Invoices must be paid within 15 days. For non-consumer purchases, if you pay late, you may be charged a penalty of 1% per month (or the maximum allowed by law, if lower) on the unpaid amount. Every 30 days of delay adds another penalty charge.

When you buy an item from our website, the shipping contract means that once we hand it over to the carrier, any loss or damage is your risk and the ownership of the item passes to you.
